Greensfelder Adds Attorney Christina Z. Randolph to Health Care Practice Group

Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. is pleased to announce that Christina Z. Randolph has joined the firm’s St. Louis office as an officer in its health care practice group.

Christina provides practical solutions to complex legal problems for health care providers as the highly regulated industry continues to evolve. Her practice provides legal and business advice to a variety of health care organizations, including hospitals and health systems, ambulatory surgical centers, imaging providers, physician practices and population health companies.

With extensive experience in regulatory compliance, Christina regularly advises health care providers on matters involving government audits, investigations and voluntary self-disclosures utilizing the CMS and OIG self-disclosure protocols. She provides counsel on a variety of health care operational and transactional matters, including those related to acquisitions, contractual and equity joint ventures, employment arrangements and hospital-based contracting arrangements.

Christina also served as an adjunct professor for the Center for Health Law Studies at Saint Louis University School of Law. Before practicing law, Christina was a licensed clinical social worker who provided counseling and case management services.

Christina earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law, a master’s in social work from George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University and her B.S. from the University of Rochester.
