Management and boards have substantial amounts of information about the building and its owners at their fingertips. Steps must be taken to carefully guard this information. Given the increased frequency and sophistication of cyberattacks, some new laws have been passed to require protection of information. The panel will discuss the new laws, their practical application, board confidentiality and the use of cameras in buildings.
