The Index is a dynamic rating system for law firms based on uncompromised, quantitative datasets that are numeric and weighted proportionately to the size of the firm. The ranking is updated twice monthly and recognizes the law firms within Leopard Solutions' database using factors such as growth or decline in attorney headcount, attorney retention, fluctuations in revenue per lawyer, and ethnic and gender diversity.
