Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Partner Elizabeth S. Silker to the firm’s St. Louis office, Senior Associate Natasa Saciri to the New York office, and Associates Taylor A. Green and Keyur Parikh to the Washington, D.C., and Denver offices, respectively. They are among more than 80 lawyers and staff professionals who have joined Armstrong Teasdale in 2023 alone.

Silker has joined the Litigation practice group where she focuses on business-related disputes. She defends clients in matters of employment law, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and professional malpractice. Silker is also experienced in intellectual property litigation, including copyright and trademark infringement.

Saciri, a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group, works with clients on intellectual property rights clearance, risk assessment, global strategy, copyright fair use analysis, due diligence work and management of copyright infringement disputes. She is skilled at prosecution, as well as handling all facets of domestic and international trademark clearance. Saciri counsels clients on Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings, as well as trademark enforcement via Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings through cancellations and oppositions.

Green, who has joined the Corporate Services practice group, focuses her practice on international trade as well as compliance and risk management. Well versed in regulations under the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), she advises clients on various export controls, foreign investments and sanctions regimes. Green is also experienced in drafting and filing licenses, disclosures, notices, reports and registrations for BIS, DDTC and the Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC) on behalf of clients. She has a high-level understanding of EU and U.K. sanctions programs and is able to provide counsel to her clients on regulatory updates, compliance programs and internal investigations.

Parikh, a patent lawyer in the Intellectual Property group, works with clients to secure and develop patent portfolios and defend their intellectual property rights. With extensive experience in patent law, he focuses his practice on patent prosecution and post-grant issues across a multitude of technologies. As a former software engineer for large telecommunications companies in the U.S. and India, Parikh has strong experience working with clients in a variety of industries, including software, telecommunications, broadcast systems and medical devices.
