National law firm Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Tiffany Baldwin and Murty Gollakota have joined the firm’s growing Global Mobility and Immigration team as senior counsel.
Based in St. Louis, Baldwin has more than 25 years of experience assisting health systems, physician provider groups, and other healthcare clients in employing foreign national physicians and other providers. She has extensive experience with Physician J-1 Waivers; H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-2B, and TN visas; and various paths to green cards, including the PERM Labor Certification and Physician National Interest Waivers.
Gollakota joins Husch Blackwell’s Denver office after practicing for nearly a decade at an internationally-based immigration boutique firm. He supports businesses that need to recruit, employ, or transfer foreign nationals. He handles H-1B, L-1, O-1, P-1, and R visa petitions as well as TN, E-1, E-2, and E-3 visa applications, immigrant petitions, green card applications, and naturalization applications. He also provides guidance to both c-suite executives and human resources managers on the appropriateness of different visas and a variety of other immigration issues, as well as counsel on their overall foreign national employment strategies.
“We’re elated Tiffany and Murty have joined our growing team,” said partner Kelli Meilink, co-leader of Husch Blackwell’s Immigration practice. “Their arrival deepens our bench and geographic reach, and our clients will greatly benefit from their experience and counsel.”
