Greensfelder Intellectual Property Attorneys Appointed to Inta Committees

Greensfelder's intellectual property prowess continues to shine as four distinguished attorneys take on key roles within the International Trademark Association (INTA) committees for the 2024-2025 term. Committee members and INTA staff pool their knowledge to address issues such as advocacy of trademarks and brand owner rights, resources dedicated to intellectual property advancement, communication and implementation of INTA's objectives, and planning educational programs.

Angela Kalsi has been appointed to the Trademark Office Practices Committee. This committee plays a pivotal role in evaluating and suggesting global improvements to trademark office practices by monitoring and analyzing trademark office developments, proposing policy recommendations, and enhancing trademark procedures at national, regional, and international levels.

Benjamin Rotman joins the Brands and Innovation Committee. This committee advances the interrelationship between brands and innovation through educational initiatives, strategic partnerships, and insightful written content. Benjamin's appointment reinforces Greensfelder's commitment to staying at the edge of the evolving landscape where brands and innovation converge.

Amanda Roach assumes a role in the Unreal Campaign Committee, aligning with INTA's consumer awareness initiative. This committee is dedicated to educating young consumers about the importance of trademarks and brands and the risks associated with counterfeit products. Amanda will help plan and participate in presentations to students virtually and at schools and public events.

MaryAnn Wymore's reappointment to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee is a testament to her continued dedication to promoting ADR as a cost-effective means of resolving global trademark and intellectual property disputes. The ADR Committee develops programming and resources for arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution methods.
