Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Nick Arbaugh, Emily Balzano, Denisse Guevara, Katherine Horn, Nicholas B. Krone, Noelle E. Mack, Favour U. Okechukwu, Corbin Robinson and Kelley Rowan to the firm, as part of the 2023 associate class.
Arbaugh (Philadelphia) has experience in criminal litigation, internal investigations and appellate law. He is skilled at conducting legal research, preparing memoranda, legal arguments and briefs, and advising clients on a variety of matters.
Balzano (Boston) counsels clients and conducts research on a range of disputes including employment and labor, corporate and other civil matters. She also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, contract review, real estate transactions, loan contracts, succession planning, liability and tax matters.
Guevara (Wilmington) is a member of the firm’s Financial and Real Estate Services practice group and is skilled at researching, reviewing and drafting a wide variety of documents including contracts, legal memoranda, pleadings and discovery. With extensive paralegal experience, Guevara is adept at managing workflow from discovery through trial preparation to settlement or trial.
Horn (Kansas City) counsels clients in resolving a range of disputes. She is skilled at drafting pretrial motions, discovery requests, petitions, affidavits, exhibits and other documents, conducting research and analyzing case law to assess the best defenses of a case in preparation for litigation.
Krone (St. Louis) is experienced in conducting extensive legal research and analysis, as well as drafting memoranda on a variety of complex substantive and procedural matters. His previous experience includes both civil and criminal matters in federal court. He also has prior experience working for a global industrial equipment manufacturer where he managed key accounts, including several of the world’s largest corporations in the agribusiness and food and beverage spaces.
Mack (St. Louis) has experience researching and assisting on a multitude of issues involving commercial transactions, corporate governance and securities. She has drafted and reviewed a variety of deliverables for clients with regard to entity formation, financing and commercial agreements. With a background in communications and public relations, Mack has worked on a variety of matters from SEC filings and quarterly earnings to mergers and acquisitions, with a keen eye on advancing and protecting client reputation.
Okechukwu (Philadelphia) focuses her practice on intellectual property, patent law and biotechnology with a specialization in regulatory affairs. She utilizes her scientific background and understanding of life cycles of biotechnology products in drafting patent applications and action plans for clients. She is skilled at legal research and is experienced in conducting discovery and drafting memoranda related to intellectual property and other litigation and transactional matters.
Robinson (St. Louis) is a member of the Litigation practice group and advises clients on a variety of disputes. He is experienced at drafting briefs, pleadings, motions and other documents, as well as conducting research and analysis on complex legal matters.
Rowan (Denver) has experience working with business clients worldwide. With an interest in information privacy, she has researched complex privacy law issues for a wide range of diverse clients and regularly keeps informed on the shifting trends and issues in this area of law. Rowan also has experience reviewing and drafting memoranda and nondisclosure agreements, as well as with contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance and ethics matters.
