Armstrong Teasdale was recognized Jan. 30, 2024, at the 15th M&A Atlas Awards in the USA Deal of the Year category for the sale of Neuroscience Education Institute (NEI) to HMP Global.
NEI, a privately held medical education company, specializes in psychopharmacology-based CNS (Central Nervous System) education. HMP Global is an omnichannel health care education and events company. The sale closed in July 2023.
