Professor Benjamin Levin recently spoke to second and third-year law students in the Criminal Law Colloquium at the University of Virginia School of Law. Professor Levin lectured on two essays: “Criminal Law Minimalisms,” forthcoming in WashU Law Review, and an early-stage piece about different conceptions of abolition.
