Professor Trevor Gardner presented at the Race, Racism, and the Law Symposium at Harvard Law School, organized by Aziza Ahmed (Boston University) and Guy Uriel-Charles (Harvard). Professor Gardner authored a chapter that will be published in a Race, Racism, and the Law handbook edited by Ahmed and Uriel-Charles.
Recent scholarship from Professor Gardner includes The Conflict Among African American Penal Interests: Rethinking Racial Equity in Criminal Procedure, published in the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
