The estate of a man blames the owner and operator of a nursing home for pressure sores that resulted in his death.
Regina Brown, in her capacity as a wrongful death heir of David Brown, filed her lawsuit in federal court against COR Healthcare Partners LLC and Parkview OPCO LLC.
According to the complaint, David Brown died from an avoidable pressure injury sustained at Parkview Healthcare.
