Hamilton Weber LLC is seeking an attorney with 0-5 years of experience, preferably in the areas of corporate, real estate, and governmental practice, to assist with the firm’s expanding client base.
Qualified candidates must have a distinguished academic record, relevant work experience, excellent research and writing skills, superior work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude. Must be licensed to practice in Missouri.
Successful candidate will assist the firm with the following:
· Substantive legal research which may include constitutional law, corporate rules, state and federal statutes, common law, and other related issues;
· Draft/revise vendor contracts, employment agreements, easements, leases, corporate formation and dissolution documents, purchase agreements and other related transactional documents;
· Draft/revise ordinances, orders, policies, handbooks and other documents necessary for local governments;
· Attendance and presentations at governmental meetings; and
· Providing general counsel services.
