For the second consecutive year, Shook has once again achieved the Mansfield Rule Certification Plus recognition. Mansfield is a structured certification process from Diversity Lab that is designed to ensure all lawyers at participating law firms have a fair and equal opportunity to advance into leadership.
Shook Chair Madeleine McDonough leads the firm’s 19 offices and is currently serving in her second, five-year term. Shook’s vision for inclusivity helps champion visionary attorneys and business professionals throughout the firm’s ranks, including those who bring an underrepresented perspective to the firm as a result of life experiences.
To achieve a “Plus” designation, the firm voluntarily provides data to Diversity Lab to show progress and outcomes of efforts made to broaden talent pools and create inclusive practices and diversifying leadership.
