Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of nine associates across practice groups and offices nationwide, including Denver, Kansas City, Miami, New York, Philadelphia and St. Louis. The new class of associates includes Nicholas Cornell, Andrew Holland, Elkie Inglis, Gilly Kelly, Brendan McGuire, Connor McNeall, Alexander Nelson, Jana Reznickova and Erick Wilson.
Cornell (Kansas City) is a member of the Corporate Services practice group, where he assists clients with issues related to mergers and acquisitions, data privacy and other corporate and transactional matters. He is experienced at conducting research and counseling clients on the obligations imposed by various comprehensive privacy laws and providing guidance on minimizing risk due to data protection and privacy in the M&A context.
Holland (Philadelphia), a Financial and Real Estate Services associate, has experience researching and drafting opinions in various areas of bankruptcy law as well as reviewing complaints, petitions and pleadings. His background also includes conducting administrative code, statutory law and case research for environmental claims, and researching and drafting legal memoranda for insurance cases.
Inglis (New York) is a Litigation associate representing clients in a variety of disputes. She is skilled at conducting legal research and drafting memoranda on substantive and procedural issues, drafting pleadings and motions, and conducting discovery. In addition to maritime law experience, Inglis leverages her prior experience in university admissions to serve higher education clients in a range of contentious and noncontentious matters.
Kelly (St. Louis) has experience in estate planning as well as trust and estate administration and has represented clients in tax related matters. She frequently assists clients in developing and implementing estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, medical directives and financial powers of attorney and has assisted in the preparation and review of tax forms including income tax returns, gift tax returns and estate tax returns.
McGuire (St. Louis) is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Services practice group, where he assists firm clients with a variety of transactions. He is skilled at conducting legal research and drafting, as well as drafting and filing licensure applications for businesses.
McNeall (St. Louis) is a member of the Intellectual Property practice group. With a focus on trademark law, he is experienced at conducting infringement analyses for trademarks and assisting clients in filing for trademarks. Additionally, he assists clients in matters involving other areas of intellectual property, such as copyright and trade secret law.
Nelson (Philadelphia) is an associate in the Intellectual Property group. With a background as a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, he has patent prosecution experience in the life sciences and mechanical arts, including chemical, biologics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and corresponding methods and apparatuses.
Reznickova (Denver) is a Corporate Services associate with experience conducting extensive legal research, drafting a range of corporate organization documents, memos, motions, pleadings, and discovery requests and responses. Her background also includes conducting research on secured transactions and bankruptcy.
