The Association for Women Faculty at WashU recently hosted a special joint happy hour event that brought together women faculty from across campuses for an evening of networking and meaningful conversations. Held last Friday, November 1, the event was a collaborative effort between the Academic Women’s Network at the medical school and the Association for Women Faculty.
One highlight of the evening was an engaging session on negotiation led by WashU Law Professor Rebecca Hollander-Blumoff. Renowned for her expertise in dispute resolution and negotiation, Professor Hollander-Blumoff provided attendees with strategies and tips for effective negotiation in both professional and personal contexts. The session was highly participatory, with Professor Hollander-Blumoff leading a dynamic discussion that encouraged attendees to share and ask questions.
The event began with a discussion on reproductive rights, led by Dr. David Eisenberg.
