MVP Law is proud to announce the election of a new equity shareholder and six shareholders at the firm’s annual meeting. Spencer Low was voted in as equity shareholder and Sarah Boston, Aaron Greenbaum, Gabriel Greenbaum, Jackson Hedges, Brian Israel, and Seth Jurcyk were voted in as shareholders.
Spencer Low focuses his practice on labor and employment as well as public sector representation in Kansas and Missouri. He represents municipal clients in land use and general municipal needs and his labor and employment practice focuses on employment discrimination and traditional labor law. He has jury experience in federal employment discrimination claims, and has successfully avoided trials for clients in both Kansas and Missouri through Motions to Dismiss and Motions for Summary Judgment. Spencer earned his J.D. from Tulane University Law School.
Sarah Boston is a shareholder in the firm’s Kansas City, KS office representing employers and insurers in workers’ compensation cases. Sarah serves clients in workers’ compensation defense matters across the jurisdictions of Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri. She is diligent in keeping her clients informed so she can close matters efficiently and provide excellent outcomes. She was selected to the 2024 Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers Rising Stars List in workers’ compensation. Sarah obtained her J.D. from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
Aaron Greenbaum‘s practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense in Kansas and Missouri. Aaron has litigated various complex issues before administrative judges, the Kansas Court of Appeals, and the Missouri Court of Appeals. He has presented on numerous topics including Missouri Occupational Diseases and Mental Health Claims in the Workplace. He was selected to the 2023 & 2024 Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers Rising Stars List in workers’ compensation. He earned his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law.
Gabriel Greenbaum represents clients in a wide variety of business and commercial matters, including commercial litigation, creditor’s rights/loan enforcement, secured transactions, bankruptcy, real estate, business tort litigation, non-compete litigation, and contractual disputes of every nature. Gabriel was selected to the 2022, 2023, and 2024 Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers Rising Stars List in Business Litigation and recognized by Best Lawyers Ones to Watch in 2024 & 2025. He obtained his J.D. from the Washburn University School of Law.
Jackson Hedges is a shareholder practicing in the workers’ compensation group in the St. Louis office. Jackson regularly handles defense of workers’ compensation claims for a variety of Insurers, self-insured employers, and third party administrators while appearing before both the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission and Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. He has taken multiple claims to trial resulting in successful outcomes for his clients. Jackson earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law.
Brian Israel is a member of the civil litigation & insurance defense practice group in the firm’s Kansas City office. In addition to general liability matters, Brian handles trucking and commercial automobile liability defense for regional, national, and international logistics, transportation and delivery companies. He is also involved with retail liability, premises liability and professional liability matters. Brian is proud to consistently be named as a “Rising Star” by Kansas and Missouri Super Lawyers, since 2022. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame.
Seth Jurcyk focuses his practice on representing the interests of employers and insurance carriers in various workers’ compensation matters throughout Kansas and Missouri. He speaks at events frequently on topics including The Legislative Changes to the Kansas Workers’ Compensation Act, The Status of Marijuana in Workers’ Compensation, and The Interaction of OSHA and Work Comp. Seth earned his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law.
