David Loseman, partner in Armstrong Teasdale’s St. Louis office, has been named to Midwest Real Estate News’ Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. The list of 48 professionals covers all aspects of the commercial real estate industry, from legal to investment, leasing, development and more and highlights the individuals’ contributions to the industry as well as the communities in which they work.
In his profile, Loseman says the most enjoyable aspect of his work is collaborating with a team of professionals to bring all contract documents to a close on major projects. He credits his success to the talented professionals he has worked alongside throughout his career.
Chair of the firm’s Construction and Design practice, Loseman represents clients in major construction projects throughout the United States and in several foreign endeavors. In managing construction and design transactions for owners, contractors, subcontractors and design professionals, he handles contract negotiations and preparations from project conception through completion. In addition, he advises clients in anticipating, addressing and resolving contract and performance issues that arise during and after construction.
