Thompson Coburn health care partner Evan Goldfarb was named to the Missouri Lawyers Media Health Care Law 2025 Power List. The annual list spotlights the most powerful Missouri attorneys in health care law. These are attorneys who counsel hospitals, clinics and other health care entities on everything from regulatory compliance to real estate. It also encompasses the practitioners who defend doctors, nurses, dentists and their employers from professional malpractice accusations, whether in court or before licensing boards.
A member of Thompson Coburn’s Management and Executive Committees and co-chair of the Corporate Department, Evan advises health care organizations on regulatory and transactional issues. “Her many accomplishments include serving as lead outside counsel to a large nonprofit health system to acquire 22 traditional and specialty retail pharmacies and as lead outside counsel to a regional acute care not-for-profit hospital and its affiliates to develop a joint venture involving an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Illinois,” the publication’s profile on Evan noted.
