His practice includes drafting estate planning instruments and advising clients on estate and gift tax minimization, probate avoidance, gifting strategies, asset protection, charitable giving, and business succession planning. Bob also represents fiduciaries in estate, trust, and conservatorship administration matters.He received his J.D. at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and his L.L.M. in Estate Planning at University of Miami, Florida School of Law.
