Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Counsel Colleen E. Graham to its Corporate Services practice group in Kansas City. 

Graham brings a wealth of experience guiding clients through every phase of the business life cycle—from launch to exit. 

She advises both startups and established companies on entity formation, structuring, and regulatory compliance, laying a solid legal foundation for growth and risk management.“Our Corporate practice is a strategic priority for the firm, and Colleen’s arrival represents a significant step forward,” said Karl Riehl, Chief Talent and Practice Management Officer. “She brings a rare combination of legal acumen and business insight that will immediately benefit our clients.”Graham’s background in financial services enhances her ability to provide sophisticated corporate counsel.
