  Patient sues alleging misdiagnosis

  Terry Adams filed a complaint on Oct. 15, in the St. Louis Circuit Court, against Michael D. Bavlsik ,MD, et al., alleging that the healthcare providers failed to appropriately diagnose and/or evaluate him for transient ischemic attacks.
