ST. LOUIS – The resident of an apartment complex in St. Charles who was struck by a car while getting his mail has had his claims against the federal government dismissed.
ST. LOUIS – A federal court has denied a motion to strike in a case against Nationwide Insurance Co. of America over allegations of vexatious refusal to pay and breach of contract.
ST. LOUIS – A capital company was victorious in its appeal as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri in the Eastern Division granted its motion for summary judgment and awarded it more than $3 million.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has affirmed the dismissal of a class-action suit against securities brokerage firm Scottrade over hacking that occurred in 2013.
