Missouri man accuses motorist of negligence

Car accident 09

ST. LOUIS — A Missouri man is suing Donovan Jackson, a motorist, for alleged negligence.

Andres Holmes filed a complaint on July 5 in the St. Louis City Circuit Court, alleging that the defendant failed to exercise caution while driving

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he was a passenger in a motor vehicle on Feb. 15, 2016 when the defendant reportedly changed lanes to avoid colliding with another vehicle and struck the rear of the vehicle the plaintiff was in. The plaintiff claims that he has suffered injuries, resulting in pain and suffering, loss of wages and medical expenses as a result of the accident. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to maintain proper control of his vehicle.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages exceeding $25,000, plus interest, costs and all further relief the court may deem necessary. He is represented by Eric Wolfgram of Wolfgram & Associates PC in St. Louis.
