Hampton Hockey LLC, Jason Johnny Frey LLC accused of failing to make payments

ST. LOUIS — A contractor has filed a lawsuit against Hampton Hockey LLC, Jason Johnny Frey LLC (JFF), Pulaski Bank NA and Pulaski Service Corp. for allegedly breaching a construction agreement.

C. Hayms LLC d/b/a GS&S General Contractors Inc. filed a complaint on July 10 in the St. Louis City Circuit Court, alleging that the defendants failed to fulfill their obligations under a contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it furnished labor, materials and other items for the construction a building at the defendants Hampton's and JJF's property. The plaintiff claims that $101,573.26 remains unpaid. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to make the scheduled payments under the construction agreement.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants that certifies that it has a valid lien against defendants Hampton's and JJF's property, damages in the amount of $101,573.26 plus actual damages of $25,000, interest, attorney's fees, costs and all further relief the court may deem just.
