ST. LOUIS — A minor child is suing a motorist, citing alleged negligence.
Sandra Dweh, a minor by and through her parent and next friend, Emma Guessanbi, filed a complaint in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Edna Rice, alleging Rice failed to comply with an agreement.
According to the complaint, on May 17, 2014, Dweh sustained injuries from a motor-vehicle accident caused by the defendant. The parties agreed to settle the claim for $10,816. The plaintiff holds Rice responsible because the defendant allegedly not yet settled the amount.
The parties seek for the hearing and approval of the settlement agreement. She is represented by Richard K. Johnson of Johnson Gray LLC in St. Louis.
