Motorist accused of driving too fast in St. Louis crash

Car accident 42

ST. LOUIS — A driver is suing another motorist, citing alleged negligence.

Royce McClain filed a complaint Aug. 23 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Misone Adiasor, alleging that the other motorist failed to exercise the highest degree of care in operating his vehicle.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 22, 2016, he was severely and permanently injured when the defendant crashed into the rear of his vehicle in St. Louis. McClain claims he sustained injuries to his neck, back, shoulders, arms and legs, resulting pain, lost wages and incurred medical expenses.

The plaintiff holds Adiasor responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently traveled at an excessive speed, failed to keep a careful lookout and failed to yield right of way.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of more than $25,000, plus interest, costs and further relief the court deems proper. He is represented by Benjamin J. Sansone of Sansone Sumner & Lauber in Clayton.
