ST. LOUIS — A passenger is suing two drivers, citing alleged negligence.

Andreal Hunt filed a complaint Sept. 5 in the St. Louis Circuit Court, against Terry Diamond and Myesha R. White, alleging they failed to keep their vehicles under proper control.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 22 she was a passenger in Diamond's vehicle in St. Louis when White's vehicle struck Diamond's vehicle. The plaintiff claims sustained injuries to her head, neck, legs and back and incurred more than $9,900 in medical expenses. The plaintiff holds Diamond and White responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to maintain a careful lookout and failed to stop, swerve or reduce speed to avoid a collision.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of more than $25,000, plus litigation costs and any other relief as the court deems just and proper. She is represented by William E. Sorrell of Sorrell & Traube Law Firm in St. Louis.
