ST. LOUIS — A St. Louis driver is suing another motorist, citing alleged negligence.
Roger Thomas filed a complaint Sept. 5 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Marshall Robinson, alleging he failed to exercise the highest degree of care in operating his vehicle.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 30, he was stopped behind a tour bus when the defendant rear-ended his vehicle. He claims he sustained serious and permanent injuries to his neck, head, back and pelvis. He suffered physical and mental pain and incurred medical expenses, the complaint states. The plaintiff holds Robinson responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a careful lookout and failed to stop to avoid hitting the plaintiff's vehicle.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of over $25,000, plus costs for this action and further relief the court deems proper. He is represented by Ely Hadowsky of Brown & Brown LLP in St. Louis.
