ST. LOUIS — A gas station operator is suing property owners, citing alleged breach of leasehold agreement.

Rana LLC filed a complaint in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Marianne Van Sciver Chivers, Rosa Lee Holcomb and Gale Morse, alleging they failed to fulfill their obligations under the terms of an agreement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has suffered significant financial damage for being unable to operate a business at the defendants' premises. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly wrongfully entered into a separate agreement with a third party to operate a gas station, car wash and convenience store at their premises even though it allegedly had an agreement with the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks an order declaring the rights and obligations of the parties, concluding the defendants violated the leasehold agreement, award for attorneys fees and costs for this action and other relief the court deems proper. It is represented by Elkin A. Kistner and Joseph H. Neill of Bick & Ksitner PC in St. Louis.
