ST. LOUIS — A St. Louis homeowner is suing a contractor, citing alleged breach of settlement agreement.

Jeremy Hollingshead filed a complaint in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Justin Leotis "Lee" Major and Major Roofing LLC, alleging they failed to fully perform their contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 13, the parties entered into a settlement agreement because the plaintiff's air conditioning system was damaged by the defendants' employees. After the first payment, the balance of $4,065 remains unpaid. The plaintiff holds Major and Major Roofing responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to make payments for the remaining balance.

The plaintiff seeks judgment in against the defendants, jointly and severally, for $4,065, plus interest, attorney's fees, costs and further relief the court deems proper. He is represented by Katie M. Rhoten of Hollingshead & Dudley in St. Louis.
