ST. LOUIS — A motorist is suing two Florissant, Mo., residents for negligence and causing a vehicle collision that resulted in injuries.

Martha Woodson and Shilie Ingram filed a complaint on Oct. 24, in the St Louis Circuit Court against Kendrick Johnson and Brandee Johnson, alleging that Brandee Johnson negligently entrusted her motor vehicle to a driver who has a suspended license.
