Driver seeks more than $15,000 after rear-end collision in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis woman is seeking damages after a rear-end collision in the city.

Annette Williams filed a complaint on Oct. 20 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Anita Hardin alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she was injured when defendant struck the rear of a motor vehicle she was traveling in on June 18, 2013. She alleges she sustained bodily injuries.

The plaintiff holds Hardin responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently violated the electric traffic signal, failed to maintain careful lookout and failed to yield to the right of way.

The plaintiff seeks damages of no less than $25,000, plus costs of this action and such other relief as the court deems just and proper. She is represented by Jeremy A. Gogel of The Gogel Law Firm in St. Louis.
