Kitchen Tune Up, others accused of negligence after vehicular accident

Car accident 32

ST. LOUIS — Two individuals are suing Travis Robinson, STL Kitchen LLC d/b/a Kitchen Tune Up, Demea Lloyd and James Lloyd for alleged negligence.

Joan Demarr and Joe Pullen filed a complaint on Nov. 1 in the St. Louis Circuit Court, alleging that Kitchen Tune Up, Demea Lloyd and James Lloyd negligently entrusted their motor vehicle to a known incompetent driver.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that their son, Roderick Pullen, was operating his 2004 Yamaha Chappy on May 23, 2016 when Johnson rear-ended him, allegedly ejecting him from his motor vehicle. As a result of the injuries sustained in the accident, their son allegedly was pronounced dead at the scene. The plaintiffs hold the defendants responsible for the accident.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek damages of more than $25,000, costs of this suit and all other relief that is just and proper. They are represented by Thomas G. Wilmowski Jr. of Schultz & Myers LLC in St. Louis.
