ST. LOUIS — A corporation is suing a bar citing alleged failure to pay and unjust enrichment.
Special Services Inc. filed a complaint on Nov. 10 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Enhanced Spirits, d/b/a Tropical Liqueurs, alleging that the limited liability company failed to perform its obligations under the terms of a contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the parties entered into a contract on Sept. 11 whereby the plaintiff would sell its products and services to the defendant on credit. After crediting all payments, the principal amount of $31,000 allegedly remains due. The plaintiff holds Enhanced Spirits responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to pay for the plaintiff's products and services upon completion of the project.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages in the principal amount of $31,000, plus interest, costs and all other relief as the court deems just and proper. It is represented by Collins H. Robinson of Law Offices of Collins H. Robinson in St. Louis.
