ST. LOUIS — A motorist is suing another driver alleging negligence.
Terrell Beasley filed a complaint on Dec. 14 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Kirstie Edwards alleging that the other motorist breached her duty to operate a motor vehicle in a careful manner.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 23, 2015, he was driving his motor vehicle westbound on Natural Bridge when the defendant carelessly changed lanes and struck his vehicle. He sustained injuries to his neck, back, hand, leg and other parts of his body.
The plaintiff holds Edwards responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to maintain careful lookout, failed to yield the right of way, and failed to sound her horn or signal before changing lanes.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury; and seeks damages of more than $25,000 plus interest and all other relief as the court may deem just and proper. He is represented by Jason P. Hine of Miller & Hine LLC in St. Louis.
