New Life Evangelistic Center allegedly hasn't paid video company

Contract 10

ST. LOUIS — A video production company is suing New Life Evangelistic Center Inc., Hope International and David A. Cackowski, alleging breach of service agreement.

The Arbor Group Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 22 in the St Louis Circuit Court against the defendants alleging that they failed to perform their contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 27, 2016 the parties entered into an agreement whereby the plaintiff would perform certain video production services for a payment of $30,088.21. The amount of $25,049.19 allegedly remains due.

The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to make payments for the said amount.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury; and seeks damages of more than $25,000, plus interest, costs, and any further relief that the court may deem just and proper. The Arbor Group is represented by Michael T. Harrison of Harrison & Associates LLC in St. Louis.
