ST. LOUIS — A software developer is suing AEON Clinical Research LLC, alleging breach of contract.

Pieriandx Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 21 in the St. Louis Circuit Court alleging that AEON failed to perform its obligations under the contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 29, 2015 the plaintiff agreed to provide software and related computer services to the defendant. After all offsets and credits of payments, the amount of $94,000 allegedly remains due and owing by the defendant.

The plaintiff holds AEON responsible because despite demands for payments, the defendant allegedly refused to do so.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury; and seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $94,000, plus interest, attorney's fees, costs, and any further relief as the court shall deem meet and proper. It is represented by Jay B. Umansky and Andrew F. Babitz of The Law Offices of Jay B. Umansky PC in St. Louis.
