Minor hurt in crash alleges motorist negligent

Car accident 02

ST. LOUIS — A passenger is suing  a motor vehicle driver, alleging negligence.

Jadah Holly, a minor and through her next friend Little Holly, filed a complaint on Jan. 9 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Charles Webbe alleging that he failed to maintain proper control of his vehicle.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 1, 2015 the plaintiff was a passenger in a 2003 Pontiac AM being operated by her grandmother, and was stopped near the intersection of Lucas Hunt Road and Natural Bridge when the defendant negligently caused his vehicle to collide with the rear of the vehicle. As a result of the accident, the plaintiff alleges she was injured.

The plaintiff holds Webbe responsible because he allegedly failed to be attentive, and failed to stop or swerve to avoid the collision.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury; and seeks judgment against the defendant and for such other and further relief that the court may deem just and proper. She is represented by Randall S. Parker of Randall S. Parker Attorney at Law in St. Louis.
