The plaintiff requests a trial by jury; and seeks compensatory and liquidated damages, plus interest, attorney's fees, costs, and all further relief that the court may deem fair and equitable. He is represented by Gregory Anderson of Law Office of Gregory Anderson LLC in St. Louis.
