Woman says man rammed back of her car on Olive Road

Car accident 20

ST. LOUIS — A driver is suing another motorist, alleging negligence.

Gina Epps filed a complaint on Jan. 31 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against David Ehnes alleging that he failed to maintain proper control of the vehicle he was driving.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 30, 2016 she was injured when the vehicle driven by the defendant suddenly crashed into the rear of the car she was driving on Olive Road. She allegedly sustained serious, permanent and disabling injuries to her head, neck and back.

The plaintiff holds Ehnes responsible because he allegedly negligently drove his vehicle at an excessive rate of speed, failed to keep careful lookout, and failed to slow down, stop or swerve to avoid colliding with plaintiff's vehicle.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury; and seeks damages of not less than $25,000, costs of court, and such other just and appropriate relief. She is represented by Ray B. Marglous and Robert S. Merlin of Ray B. Marglous PC in St. Louis.
