All State Insurance accused of breach of contract

Contract 03

ST. LOUIS — A motorist is suing All State Insurance Company, an Illinois corporation, alleging breach of insurance contract.

Tracey Brown filed a complaint on Feb. 8 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against All State Insurance Company alleging that the Illinois corporation failed to perform its contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 17, 2016 she was injured in a motor vehicle collision negligently caused by an unknown uninsured motorist. The plaintiff allegedly suffered injuries and damages in excess of $25,000.

The plaintiff holds All State Insurance Company responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to pay the full amount of benefit due to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury; and seeks damages in an amount of not less than $25,000, plus interest, attorney's fees, costs, and any further relief as is just and proper. The plaintiff is represented by Justin L. Mason of The Law offices of Justin L. Mason LLC in St. Louis, and Brian D. Kurth of Meyerkord & Meyerkord LLC in St. Louis.
