ST. LOUIS — An individual is suing Dr. Christopher S. Cronin, St. Louis Surgical Consultants PC and St. Luke's Hospital for alleged negligence.

Mark Gloriod filed a complaint on Feb. 22 in the St. Louis Circuit Court, alleging that the defendants failed to remove his gallbladder.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he underwent surgery to have his gallbladder removed. As a result of the defendants' alleged wrongful acts, his gallbladder allegedly was not removed. He claims that he was permanently injured. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to remove his gallbladder and perform proper physical and post-operative testing.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages in a fair and reasonable amount greater than $25,000, plus interest, costs, attorney's fees and all further relief the court deems just and proper. He is represented by Matthew P. O'Grady of The Onder Law Firm in St. Louis.
