ST. LOUIS – A motorist alleges that another driver followed her too closely and caused a rear-end collision in St. Louis.

Irish Jenkins filed a complaint on March 14 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Donna Lou Eisenbath alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 8, 2016, she was driving a motor vehicle when suddenly and without warning the defendant caused her vehicle to strike the rear of plaintiff's vehicle. She alleges she sustained serious and permanent injuries to her head, neck and back that resulted in pain, discomfort, disability and medical expenses of approximately $7,000.

The plaintiff holds Eisenbath responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to maintain careful and vigilant lookout.
