Car accident 26

ST. LOUIS – Damages are being sought from a Granite City woman over injuries allegedly sustained in a collision on Highway 44.

Emil Delaloye filed a complaint on March 14 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Gabrielle Treadway alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 18, 2016, he was driving his motor vehicle and was stopped on westbound on Highway 44 in St. Louis when the defendant struck the rear of his vehicle. He alleges sustained serious injuries to his head, neck and back and incurred medical expenses of $14,985.50.

The plaintiff holds Treadway responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently operated her vehicle while tired, fatigued, or under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and failed to keep a proper lookout.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages in an amount greater than $25,000, plus interest, costs and all further relief as the court may deem just and equitable. He is represented by Tarun B. Rana of Law Offices of Tarun B. Rana LLC in St. Louis.
