Driver alleges individual violated traffic signal in Olive Boulevard collision

ST. LOUIS – A driver is alleged to have violated a traffic signal and caused a collision in St. Louis.

Margaret Nicholson filed a complaint on March 16 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Vicki Gruen alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 30, 2016, she was driving a 2012 Chevy Cruze on Olive Boulevard near North Skinker in St. Louis when the defendant did not stop and collided with her vehicle. The plaintiff alleges she sustained injuries to her neck and hand that resulted in pain and suffering and medical expenses. 

The plaintiff holds Gruen responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep proper lookout and failed to obey a traffic signal.

The plaintiff seeks damages of more than $25,000, plus interest, costs and all further relief as the court deems just and proper. She is represented by Anthony S. Bruning, Anthony S. Bruning Jr. and Ryan L. Bruning of The Bruning Law Firm LLC in St. Louis.
