ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis materials supplier alleges that a St. Charles plumbing and heating contractor failed to pay for goods.
National Sales Co. filed a complaint on March 28 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against RG Group LLC and John Gehm III alleging breach of contract and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that beginning in Oct. 24, 2016, the plaintiff supplied various plumbing and construction-related materials to defendants on credit. To date, the balance amount of $56,068.60 allegedly remains due and owing.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $56,068.60, plus interest, all other damages as may be proven at trial and any further relief as the court deems just and proper.
