ST. LOUIS – A plumbing supply company alleges a company defaulted on its obligations.
Plumbers Supply Co. of St. Louis filed a complaint on March 28, in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Brice Tiberghien alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, a judgment was finalized in the St. Louis Circuit Court in June 2016 in the plaintiff's favor and the defendant agreed to be liable under the judgment and a stipulation for settlement.
The plaintiff alleges that as a result of defendant's breach, the principal balance of $195,227.87 and accumulated post-judgment interest of $29,284.20 through March 25 remains unpaid.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $195,227.87 plus interest of $29,284.20 through March 25, continuing interest, attorney's fees, costs and all further relief as the court deems proper and just.
