ST. LOUIS – Two minor children are seeking damages over alleged injuries sustained in a St. Louis auto accident from an Illinois trucking company.

Joseph Woods and Zion Woods, minors, by and through their mother, Candace Woods, filed a complaint on April 24 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Eric Doyle Trucking LLC alleging negligence.

The minor plaintiffs allege they sustained injuries to their heads, necks, backs and torsos that have caused them physical pain and mental anguish as a result of the collision.

The plaintiffs holds Eric Doyle Trucking LLC responsible because the defendant's employee allegedly improperly used the lane of traffic and failed to maintain careful lookout.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek a fair and reasonable compensation for the injuries suffered by Joseph Woods and Zion Woods, plus costs of this action and any further relief that the court may deem just and proper.
