ST. LOUIS – A Kentucky man alleges he was served contaminated food at a St. Louis hotel.

Alan Rose filed a complaint on May 8 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Doubletree By Hilton, St. Louis Union Station Hotel, et al. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 9, 2013, he was a patron of the defendants when he consumed food at the Doubletree that was contaminated with foreign object. He alleges he suffered injuries to his teeth and jaw as a result.

The plaintiff holds Doubletree By Hilton, St. Louis Union Station Hotel, et al. responsible because the defendants' employees allegedly failed to inspect the food served and failed to ensure that the food was free from contaminants and/or foreign objects.

The plaintiff seeks damages of no less than $25,000, plus costs of this action. He is represented by Brian D. Kurt of Meyerkord & Meyerkord LLC in St. Louis.
