Woman alleges head, neck were injured in St. Louis rear-end collision

ST. LOUIS – A motorist alleges she was caused to strike the vehicle in front of her when her vehicle was rear-ended by another in St. Louis.

Tanisha Morrow filed a complaint on May 17 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Keith Clark alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 16, 2016, she was driving a 2010 Ford Taurus traveling northbound on Skinker Boulevard in St. Louis when defendant collided with the rear of her vehicle, thereby causing her to struck the rear of the vehicle in front of her. She alleges she sustained severe and permanent injuries to her head, neck, right knee and back. 

The plaintiff holds Clark responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to maintain a careful and vigilant lookout, followed her vehicle too closely and failed to take evasive actions to avoid an accident.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of no less than $25,000, plus costs of this action and any further relief as the court deems appropriate. She is represented by Ray B. Marglous, Robert S. Merlin and Sarah H. Hale of Ray B. Marglous PC in St. Louis.
